Passion project and policy scope

GonzoArcade is a personal passion project and a discovery hub for independently developed and defined games. This privacy policy applies to the landing page at game.ajgonzo.com. Each listed game is its own project and may have different gameplay, availability, technical requirements, content guidance, terms, age guidance, and data practices.

When a game provides its own privacy notice or terms, consult those materials for activity within that game. A title’s appearance on GonzoArcade does not promise continued availability, a particular feature set, or a release date; titles, previews, features, and plans may change, pause, or be withdrawn.

Information handled by this site

GonzoArcade does not ask you to create an account, post content, or provide a name, address, payment card, or profile. Like most websites, the web server may create routine technical logs when a page is requested. Those logs can include an IP address, browser or device information, request date and time, referring page, requested URL, and response status.

Technical logs are used only to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the site. GonzoArcade does not sell this information or use it to build advertising profiles.

Email update field

The “Stay in the game” email field is currently a visual demonstration only. Submitting it does not send the entered address to GonzoArcade or a mailing-list provider, and the field is cleared in your browser after the on-page confirmation appears.

If a real mailing list is added later, this policy will be updated before addresses are collected and the form will identify the service being used.

PayPal and other third parties

The support section loads PayPal’s donation-button software. If you open or complete a donation, PayPal—not GonzoArcade—handles the transaction and the personal and payment information you provide. PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy statement.

The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This requires your browser to request font files from Google, which provides Google with technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Links that open a game or another website are governed by that destination’s own privacy practices.

Cookies and local storage

As of the effective date, GonzoArcade does not intentionally set first-party cookies, use browser local storage, run advertising technology, or run an analytics service. Third-party content such as PayPal may set or read cookies according to the provider’s own policies and your browser settings.

Children’s privacy

GonzoArcade is intended to be welcoming to players and families, but this landing page does not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are currently no user accounts, chat features, public profiles, or uploads. Children under 13 should not provide personal information through this site. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us using the address below.

Your choices

• You can browse the core landing page without creating an account.
• You can choose not to open the PayPal donation experience or external game links.
• You can control or block third-party cookies using your browser settings.
• You can ask a privacy question or request review or deletion of information by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change when GonzoArcade adds games, accounts, mailing-list delivery, analytics, or other services. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
