Donation policy.

Recipient and purpose

Donations are made to GonzoWorks LLC, a California limited liability company, through PayPal. Funds support the GonzoArcade passion project and may be used at GonzoWorks’ discretion for development, art, software, hardware, hosting, testing, administration, or other project needs.

Not a purchase or investment

A donation does not buy a game, preorder, subscription, reward, service, ownership interest, security, profit share, vote, or right to direct development. It does not guarantee a release, feature, platform, credit, delivery date, access level, or continued operation.

Not tax-deductible

GonzoWorks LLC is not representing itself as a tax-exempt charity. Donations are not charitable contributions and should not be treated as tax-deductible.

PayPal and transaction data

PayPal processes donations under its own user agreement, privacy statement, fees, exchange rates, and dispute procedures. GonzoWorks does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account number. PayPal may provide recipient transaction details as described in our Privacy Policy.

Refunds and mistakes

Donations are generally final once processed. If you made a duplicate donation, entered the wrong amount, lacked authorization, or believe there was an error, contact aj@ajgonzo.com promptly with the PayPal transaction identifier. Requests are reviewed case by case and handled as required by applicable law and PayPal rules. Processing fees or currency-conversion costs may not be recoverable.

Minors and authorization

You must be legally able to authorize the payment method. A person under the age of legal majority may donate only through and with the express involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
