Ownership

Except where a separate notice says otherwise, GonzoWorks LLC owns or lawfully uses the GonzoArcade portal, branding, text, code, art, audio, videos, and game materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. The copyright notice does not claim exclusive rights in public-domain material, independently owned third-party material, or material that applicable law does not protect.

Third-party and open-source material

Individual games may include open-source software, licensed assets, fonts, libraries, or other third-party material governed by separate notices. Those licenses control their respective components. Nothing on this page limits rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

Some assets may be produced with AI-assisted workflows. GonzoWorks claims rights only to the extent available under applicable law and does not use this notice to claim ownership of third-party material merely because an automated tool was involved.

Permission and fan use

These terms permit ordinary personal play and links to public game pages. They do not grant permission to sell, rehost, redistribute, impersonate, remove notices from, or commercially exploit GonzoArcade content. For streaming, press, classroom, fan work, or other use not clearly permitted by law or a project license, request permission at the contact below.

Report a copyright or trademark concern

Send a good-faith notice to aj@ajgonzo.com with “IP Notice” in the subject and include:

• Your name and contact information.
• The copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you believe is affected.
• The exact GonzoArcade or game URL and enough detail to locate the material.
• An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
• Your physical or electronic signature, if you are submitting a formal copyright notice.

Knowingly making a false infringement claim can have legal consequences. We may ask for more information, forward the report to relevant contributors or providers, preserve necessary records, or remove or restrict material while reviewing the concern.

Responses and corrections

If your material was restricted because of a report and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the affected URL, your explanation, supporting license or ownership information, and your contact details. This process is a practical contact channel and does not replace any statutory procedure that applies.
